The Panthers have signed CB Ricardo Colclough to a 2-year contract.  He played in 3 games last season for the Steelers and he only made 1 tackle.  Colclough has now played in 36 games in his NFL career and he has made 61 tackles, defensed 6 passes, has 2.5 sacks, forced 2 fumbles and he has intercepted 1 pass.  The Panthers could have spent this money more wisely as Colclough has looked like a bust so far in his NFL career.
