What’s up? are we dumping salary?
I could see not trying to sign Peppers, one of my favorites over the years, after he started doggin’ half a game, but Hoover?

I will trust you Marty, but you’d better be right…………
Don’t make this another Jake extension deal……………What were you thinking?

To me it does look like the Panthers are dumping a lot of salary. Things are not looking good for 2010 right now as the Panthers have not signed one free agent that will likely be a starter in 2010 despite losing a lot of talented football players of their own.
